본 연구는 뇌졸중과 파킨슨병 등 중추신경계 질환 이후 발생하는 운동기능 저하, 시야결손, 공간무시, 인지·행동 문제를 표적으로 기능회복 전략을 개발·검증합니다. 환자 중심의 평가체계를 바탕으로 일상생활 수행능력과 삶의 질 향상에 직접 기여하는 중재를 설계합니다. 임상 근거에 기반한 재활치료 프로토콜을 정립하고, 필요 시 비침습 뇌자극(rTMS)과 인지·행동 중재를 통합해 회복의 범위를 확장합니다. 또한 국내 임상진료지침 개발 등 표준화 작업을 통해 현장 적용성과 재현성을 높입니다. This laboratory develops and validates functional recovery strategies for patients with central nervous system disorders such as stroke and Parkinson’s disease, targeting motor impairment, visual field deficits, spatial neglect, and cognitive–behavioral symptoms. Building on patient-centered assessment frameworks, we design interventions that directly improve activities of daily living and quality of life. This laboratory establishes evidence-based rehabilitation protocols and, when appropriate, integrates non-invasive brain stimulation (rTMS) with cognitive and behavioral approaches to broaden therapeutic gains. We also contribute to standardization efforts, including clinical practice guidelines, to enhance real-world applicability and reproducibility.
