본 연구에서 결장 직장 ESD 후 PECS의 위험요인은 항혈소판제 사용, 병변 크기 6 cm 초과, 깊은 점막하 침윤, 그리고 ESD 시술 시간 ≥ 60분인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 이러한 요인을 사용하여 개발한 위험 점수 모델은 PECS를 예측하고 예방하는 데 효과적일 수 있다.
