초록
야외를 시뮬레이션한 대화형 실내 사이클링 장치는 CVD 환자에서 CR에 대해 권고되는 치료 범위 내의 운동 강도를 제공하였다. 또한 노인 환자에서 상대적으로 더 높은 운동 강도를 유발하는 것으로 나타나, CR을 위한 안전하고 효과적인 대체 운동 양식으로서의 가능성을 뒷받침하였다.
