-기반 바이오센서는 인체 혈청 시료에서 CRP를 성공적으로 검출하였으며, 회수율은 90~105% 범위로 나타났다. 또한 현장(POC) 검사를 위한 유의미한 성능과 타당성을 보여주었다.
