Oxygen Reduction Reaction The inter-sublattice random alloy concept introduces controlled atomic-level disorder into an ordered Pt─Co framework, decoupling structure and composition. This synergy of crystallographic order and chemical heterogeneity finely optimizes Pt electronic states and coordination.
