초록

Oxygen Reduction Reaction The inter-sublattice random alloy concept introduces controlled atomic-level disorder into an ordered Pt─Co framework, decoupling structure and composition. This synergy of crystallographic order and chemical heterogeneity finely optimizes Pt electronic states and coordination. The resulting catalyst delivers exceptional oxygen reduction activity and durability in proton exchange membrane fuel cells, surpassing the stringent DOE 2025 performance benchmarks.
