초록

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data that can protect the life and health of organizational members, secure the sustainability of the organization, and lead to risk response capabilities and behavioral changes by developing a scale of emotional safety intelligence. To achieve this purpose, a survey was conducted on 1104 employees in the industrial field, using SPSS.26.0, AMOS.18.0, a statistical program, and Excel were used to verify the validity.First, the Emotional Safety Intelligence Scale consisted of five factors: risk perception, safety motivation and empathy, otherawareness, self-awareness, and safety behavior.Second, the structural relationship was appropriate with eight items of risk perception, five items of safety motivation and empathy, five items of otherawareness, five items of self-awareness, and four items of safety behavior, and it met the appropriate criteria for convergent validity. In the reliability analysis, the reliability level was 0.800 or higher in all five components, and the safety intelligence scale met the confidence level. Therefore, it is meaningful that the development of safety intelligence scales can lead to a causal relationship that positively affects safety behavior, along with safety technology and safety motivation.Through this, it is possible to establish a model that can prevent disasters and derive it as objective data.
