초록

Maxillary implant-supported fixed dental prosthesis in a patient with Skeletal Class III malocclusionSkeletal Class III malocclusion can present a stable occlusal scheme when there is no centric relation interference. In cases where such patients have lost multiple teeth, leading to a reduced vertical dimension of occlusion and requiring full-mouth rehabilitation, it is crucial to perform a comprehensive evaluation of various systemic and anatomical factors. These include the patient's occlusal relationship, facial profile, facial support, smile line, and temporomandibular joint function.Improvement of Skeletal Class III malocclusion tendency can be achieved through an increase in vertical dimension, but careful assessment is needed to determine whether the patient can physiologically adapt to the increased vertical height. In this case, a treatment protocol incorporating digital technology was applied. From implant planning to the design of definitive fixed prostheses using CAD software, a full digital workflow was implemented.A prosthesis was designed considering the patient's mandibular movements, oral hygiene accessibility, and mechanical stability, resulting in both functional and esthetic satisfaction.(
