본 과제는 자율협력주행기술 확산에 맞춰 차로별 교통류 속성을 실시간으로 더 정확하고 효율적으로 추정·예측하기 위한 PAI 기반 동적 수학 체계 구축 연구임.
연구 목표는 다차로 환경의 차로변경 행태와 실시간 교통 데이터를 반영한 PAI 기반 모형 개발에 있음. 핵심 내용은 Physics-informed AI, XAI, LSTM, CNN을 활용한 추정·예측 마인드맵 구축, Synthetic data와 Real-world data를 통합한 매개 변수 정산 알고리즘 설계, SUMO 기반 시뮬레이션과 드론 Bird-view 실증 데이터 구축 및 검증 단계로 구성됨. 기대 효과는 교통운영 효율 향상, 도로용량 증대, 사고 감소, 온실가스 배출 최소화, CAVs 대응력 강화로 이어짐.
