계명대학교 동산병원 응급의학과 연구실은 응급실 현장에서 마주하는 시간민감 중증질환을 대상으로, 초기 임상지표 기반 예후예측과 소생·진료체계 최적화, 해부학적 근거에 기반한 술기 혁신과 교육을 통합적으로 수행합니다. 패혈성 쇼크와 급성관상동맥증후군 등에서 맥압·젖산·심전도 지표를 활용해 위험도를 정량화하고, 진단·처치 우선순위 결정을 돕는 근거를 구축합니다. 또한 병원 밖 심정지와 급성 뇌졸중에서 핵심 중재와 이송·병원 전 단계 연계를 평가해 생존과 기능적 예후를 향상시키는 실용적 전략을 제시합니다. 더불어 대퇴혈관·내경정맥 형태학 분석과 초음파·카테터 술기 교육 모델 개발을 통해, 현장 적용 가능한 표준화된 응급의료를 구현하는 것을 목표로 합니다. This laboratory advances time-critical emergency care by integrating early clinical indicator–based prognostic modeling with evidence-driven resuscitation strategies and system optimization. It also strengthens bedside practice through anatomy- and vascular morphology–based procedural innovation and simulation-oriented education to standardize and improve outcomes.
