본 연구 분야는 외상성 뇌손상, 지주막하출혈, 뇌내출혈 등 신경중환자에서 치료 효과와 안전성을 근거 중심으로 정립하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 트라넥사민산, 만니톨 등 약물의 적정 사용과 혈전색전 합병증 위험을 평가하고, 치료적 저체온, 감압술·두개성형 등 주요 중재의 적응증과 논쟁점을 체계적으로 검증합니다. 임상 적용 가능성과 안전성(Feasibility/Safety)을 함께 다루며, 표준화된 프로토콜 제안으로 치료 변이를 줄이고 예후 향상을 도모합니다. This laboratory aims to establish evidence-based efficacy and safety of key therapies in neurocritical conditions such as traumatic brain injury, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and intracerebral hemorrhage. It evaluates optimal use of agents such as tranexamic acid and mannitol while assessing thromboembolic risks, and it systematically examines indications and controversies surrounding therapeutic hypothermia, decompressive craniectomy, and cranioplasty. By addressing both clinical feasibility and safety, this laboratory proposes standardized protocols to reduce practice variation and improve patient outcomes.
