김현수 교수

충남대학교 본교(제1캠퍼스) 생명정보융합학과

단백체 정보학 연구실은 생명정보융합학과 소속으로, 구조단백체 기반 펩타이드 약물 발굴, 인공지능 기반 단백질 의약품 디자인, 단일세포 단백체와 인공지능을 활용한 임상 바이오마커 발굴, 질량분석기 기반 체외진단법 및 동반진단법 개발, 멀티오믹스 바이오 빅데이터 분석 플랫폼 개발 등 다양한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 최근 3년간 간암 및 유방암 진단을 위한 바이오마커 발굴과 다중 반응 모니터링-질량분석법을 이용한 임상 진단법 개발에서 뛰어난 성과를 거두었습니다. 또한, 인공지능을 활용한 단백질 의약품 디자인 연구에서도 주목할 만한 성과를 이루었으며, 다수의 특허와 논문을 통해 연구의 우수성을 입증하고 있습니다.
