총 구조 질량을 기준으로 했을 때, 봉합되지 않은 구성에 비해 14%의 향상을 나타냈다. 특히 봉합된 구조는 굽힘 강도 215.6 MPa와 탄성률 14.7 GPa를 보였으며, 이는 봉합되지 않은 대조군에 비해 기계적 성능이 40% 향상된 것을 의미한다. 이러한 수준의 성능은 다기능 통합 측면에서 현재까지 보고된 가장 경쟁력 있는 구조용 배터리 설계 중 하나로 시스템을 위치시킨다. 에너지 성능은 기계적 변형 하에서도 안정적으로 유지되며, 봉합되지 않은 구성에 비해 전기화학적 성능과 구조적 내구성 모두에서 유의하게 우수하다.
