우리는 쟈닐 피로인산(geranyl pyrophosphate)과 올리베톨산(olivetolic acid)을 효율적으로 사용하여 칸나비게롤산(cannabigerolic acid)을 합성하는, 매우 높은 활성을 가지며 부위선택적인 NphB 프레닐전이효소 변이체(V49W/S214H/A232S/Y288P)를 보고한다.
