본 연구실은 대장·직장암 환자의 예후를 정확하게 예측하고 치료 반응을 정밀하게 평가하기 위한 다양한 바이오마커 연구를 수행합니다. 면역·염증 지표(PIIV 등), 영양 상태, 체성분 분석(VFA) 같은 임상적 요인뿐 아니라, 방사선 저항성과 관련된 Nrf2/Keap1, PLK4 등 분자·유전학적 표지자를 통합적으로 분석해 환자 맞춤형 예측 모델을 구성합니다. 이를 통해 항암·방사선 치료 반응성, 재발 위험도, 장기 생존율 등을 정량적으로 판단할 수 있는 기반을 마련하고 있습니다. 이러한 연구 결과는 임상 의사결정의 정확성을 높이고, 치료 전략의 최적 시기 판단, 부작용 최소화를 위한 치료 선택 등 정밀의학적 접근을 실현하는 데 중요한 근거로 활용됩니다. This laboratory conducts comprehensive research to improve prognostic accuracy and treatment-response prediction in colorectal cancer.
