본 연구 분야는 병원 밖 심정지와 급성 허혈성 뇌졸중처럼 “분 단위”로 예후가 달라지는 질환에서, 소생 전략과 진료체계가 치료 성과에 미치는 영향을 평가합니다. 병원 밖 심정지 환자에서 조기 관상동맥조영술과 생존 퇴원, 소생 중단 규칙(ToR)의 타당성 검증 등 핵심 중재의 근거를 축적합니다. 또한 병원 전 단계에서의 정보 전달과 이송 과정 최적화에 주목하여, 모바일 기반 사전 알림과 같은 지역 뇌졸중 치료체계 개선 전략을 연구합니다. 궁극적으로 현장-이송-병원 진료를 연결하는 연속적 체계를 강화해 생존과 기능적 예후 향상을 목표로 합니다. This laboratory evaluates how resuscitation strategies and care systems influence outcomes in minute-sensitive conditions such as out-of-hospital cardiac arrest and acute ischemic stroke. By generating clinical evidence on key interventions—including the association between early coronary angiography and survival-to-discharge and the validity of termination-of-resuscitation (ToR) rules—this laboratory supports high-impact, protocol-relevant decision-making. This laboratory also focuses on optimizing prehospital information flow and transport pathways, studying regional stroke system improvements such as mobile-based prehospital notification. Ultimately, this laboratory aims to strengthen the continuum from scene to transport to hospital care, improving survival and functional outcomes through system-level integration.
