AD 모델. 마우스 AD 모델에서 하이드로겔에 포함된 EGCG@CDs는 표피층을 능동적으로 침투하여 ROS(활성산소종) 제거를 유도하고, 비만세포 활성화를 감소시키며, 피부 장벽의 조직학적 회복을 가져왔다. 본 연구는 AD를 해결하고 조직공학을 발전시키는 데 있어 EGCG@CDs의 다용도 잠재력을 보여준다.
