본 연구실은 허혈성 뇌졸중의 발생과 예후를 결정하는 위험 요인과 바이오마커를 규명하는 데 중점을 두고 있습니다. LDL 콜레스테롤, 고혈당, 신장 기능, 측부혈류(collateral) 등 다양한 임상·영상 지표가 뇌경색 진행과 기능 회복에 미치는 영향을 분석합니다. 또한 뇌졸중 아형별 병태생리를 파악하고, 조기 신경학적 악화(END), 재발 위험, 잠재성 뇌경색(CBI)의 의미를 탐구하며 환자별 위험도를 예측할 수 있는 정밀 의료 기반의 평가 모델을 개발하고 있습니다. This laboratory focuses on identifying risk factors and biomarkers that influence the onset and prognosis of ischemic stroke. Clinical and imaging indicators—such as LDL cholesterol, hyperglycemia, renal function, and collateral circulation—are analyzed to understand their roles in infarct progression and functional recovery. The lab also investigates pathophysiologic differences among stroke subtypes, early neurologic deterioration (END), recurrence risk, and covert brain infarction (CBI). Through these studies, the laboratory develops precision-medicine–based models that enable individualized risk assessment.
