본 연구실은 급성기 허혈성 뇌졸중 환자의 정확한 진단과 치료 효과 극대화에 집중하고 있습니다. MRI·CT 등 정밀 영상을 기반으로 환자의 혈관 상태와 손상 범위를 신속히 파악하고, 혈전용해술과 혈관내 치료(EVT)의 효과·안전성을 분석하여 최적의 치료 전략을 제시합니다. 또한 치료 시간 단축, 혈압 관리, 항응고제 사용 등 다양한 임상 요소가 예후와 기능 회복에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 연구합니다. 이를 통해 환자 개별 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 치료를 구현하고, 급성기 뇌졸중 치료의 표준화와 성과 향상에 기여하고 있습니다. This laboratory focuses on improving the accuracy of diagnosis and the effectiveness of treatment for patients with acute ischemic stroke. By utilizing advanced imaging techniques such as MRI and CT, the lab rapidly evaluates vascular status and brain injury to guide optimal therapeutic decisions. It systematically analyzes the efficacy and safety of intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular thrombectomy (EVT), as well as the impact of clinical factors—including treatment time, blood pressure control, and anticoagulant use—on outcomes and functional recovery. Through these efforts, the laboratory aims to provide personalized treatment strategies, promote standardized acute stroke care, and contribute to better clinical results.
