Our finding reveals reciprocal interactions between ECs and DP. ECs releases EDN1 sensed by DP to activate TA metabolism which induces hair regeneration, while DP emits CTF1 signal received by ECs to enhance ALA metabolism which promotes angiogenesis. Our study provides new insights into mutualistic cellular crosstalk between hair follicles and blood vessels, and identifies novel signaling contributing to the interactions of hair follicles and blood vessels in normal and aged skin.

This study explores the roots of the devastation and bewilderment of those who witness the death of another person, and through these reflections, suggests that the responsibility of the survivor can be part of an ethics of otherness. Furthermore, by reflecting on these experiences that survivors naturally have, we will explore whether it is possible to educate students about the ethics of responsibility toward others. In the current situation where students are witnessing repeated mass casualty, moral education needs to lead these experiences into thinking about relationships and responsibilities with others, and through thinking about the ethics of otherness, it needs to address the discussion of the fundamental meaning of responsibility. This study aims to explore such a moral education discussion centering on Levinas's ethics of the other.

본 연구는 내재화 경향을 보이는 부모와 자녀에게 PCIT-ED를 적용 후 변화를 분석하고자 하였다. 기존 PCIT에 정서 발달 항목이 포함된 부모-자녀 상호작용치료(PCIT-ED)가 어머니와 자녀의 내재화 문제행동, 어머니의 상호작용 기술, 양육스트레스에 어떤 효과를 미치는지 분석하였다. 연구 참여자는 내재화 문제행동을 보이는 만3~5세의 자녀와 어머니의 3쌍이고, 사례연구는 사례별 평균 19회기 진행되었으며, 수집된 자료는 기술통계를 사용하여 분석하였다. PCIT-ED 개입 후 어머니의 내재화 경향은 감소하였고, 아동의 내재화 문제행동 역시 감소하였다. 어머니의 긍정적인 상호작용 기술은 향상하였고, 부정적인 상호작용 기술은 감소하였다. 어머니의 총 스트레스, 자녀영역, 부모영역의 스트레스 모두 감소하였다. PCIT-ED가 진행되는 동안 어머니와 자녀 사이에 긍정적인 정서 표현이 증가하였다. 더불어 자녀는 어머니에게 자신이 느끼는 다양한 감정을 언어로 표현하기 시작하였고, 동시에 자신의 정서를 조절하는 모습이 많이 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내에서 PCIT-ED를 실시하고 어머니와 자녀의 내재화 문제행동의 변화를 확인하였다는데 의의가 있다. 향후 더 다양한 대상에게 PCIT-ED를 적용하여 효과를 검증하는 연구가 시행되기를 기대한다.

This study aimed to identify the time to diagnosis among COVID-19 patients and factors associated with delayed diagnosis (DD). Data from COVID-19 patients in Gangwon, South Korea, diagnosed between 22 February 2020 and 29 January 2022, were analyzed, excluding asymptomatic cases and those who underwent mandatory testing. DD was defined as a period exceeding 2 or more days from symptom recognition to COVID-19 diagnosis. Univariate analysis was performed to investigate the demographic characteristics, COVID-19 symptoms, and underlying medical conditions associated with DD, followed by multivariate logistic regression analysis for significant variables. Among 2683 patients, 584 (21.8%) were diagnosed within a day of symptom onset. DD rates were lower in patients with febrile symptoms but higher among those with cough, myalgia, or anosmia/ageusia. High-risk underlying medical conditions were not significantly associated with DD. Older age groups, the Wonju medical service area, time of diagnosis between November 2020 and July 2021, symptom onset on nonworkdays, and individuals in nonwhite collar sectors were significantly associated with increased DD risks. These findings were consistent in the sensitivity analysis. This study underscores the need for enhanced promotion and system adjustments to ensure prompt testing upon symptom recognition.

본 연구는 코로나19 기간 동안 감염병 정책체계의 정책변동 과정에서 다중흐름모형에서 제시하는 문제, 정치, 정책 흐름 간의 완전한 결합과 Dolan(2021)이 제안한 다중부분결합(multiple partial couplings)을 통해 정책의 창이 열렸음을 확인하였다. 특히 부분결합에 있어 가장 주도적인 역할을 하는 흐름은 정치의 흐름으로, 문제나 정책 흐름의 부분결합으로 이어져 정책의 창이 열릴 수 있었다.구체적으로, 방역정책 분야에서는 문제의 흐름이 주도하여 정책의 창이 열렸고, 이를 통해 완전결합의 형태로 정책이 변동하였다. 재난지원금 정책의 경우, 전 국민을 대상으로 한 1차 지급에서는 정치와 문제의 흐름이 부분결합을 이루었으며, 2차부터 5차 지급 과정에서는 정치와 정책의 흐름이 부분결합을 이루어 정책의 창이 열렸다. 의료 분야에서의 코로나19 대응을 위한 의료체계 구축은 문제 흐름이 주도하여 완전결합의 형태로 정책변동이 이루어졌다. 그러나 비대면 진료, 의대정원 확대, 공공의대 설립 이슈는 의료계의 강력한 이익집단 캠페인을 통해 정치의 흐름과 충돌하면서 정책변동이 무산되고 무의사결정으로 이어졌다. 본 연구는 세 흐름의 완전한 결합이 아닌 경우에도, 정치적 흐름이 주도되는 상황에서는 문제나 정책 흐름이 부분적으로 결합되고, 마지막 흐름을 연계하기 위한 느슨한 연결(loosely coupled linking) 전략을 통해 정책변동으로 이끌어 낼 수 있다는 시사점을 제공한다.

This study evaluated the NQ-C and stress coping behaviors that were investigated for school-age children at the Ganghwa-gun Regional Children&quots Center. Of the 82 school-age children (38 boys and 44 girls), the mean age was 9.52 years, and 91.4% considered themselves healthy, and 79.3% were concerned about health. In addition, 32.9% showed a tendency to be picky eaters and 13.4% said they had a food allergy. The average height was 140.80±10.23 cm, the weight was 37.96±1.2 8kg, and the BMI was 18.90±0.48 kg/m2, and there was no significant difference between men and women. The nutrient index (NQ-C) had a mean score of 55.17, showing a significant difference between the nutritional index grades in practice rather than balance and moderation. In addition, in the case of small intake, the higher the nutrient index, the lower the small intake, and the rejection of new foods was not related to the nutritional index. The results of active, passive, aggressive, avoidant, and social support-seeking coping behaviors, which are stress coping behaviors according to the nutritional index grade, were active coping behaviors with higher nutritional index grades, and aggressive coping behaviors with lower nutritional index ratings. The correlation between nutritional index, physical characteristics, fussy eating habits, and stress-coping behaviors shows that weight and BMI are related to aggressive coping skills. Picky eating habits were negatively correlated with positive coping skills and positively correlated with aggressive coping behaviors. The nutritional index (NQ-C) of school-age children was negatively correlated with aggressive coping behavior. As a result of this, it is thought that education on eating habits has an impact on coping behavior. In order to increase the nutritional index of the subjects, it seems necessary to educate the diet and behavior of the balance, and practice of the intake of fish and shellfish, eggs, pulses, and nuts.
