상세 설명

Aptamers (aptus = to fit (Latin) + meros = part (Greek)) are mainly made of nucleic acids that bind to a specific target molecule. Aptamers are usually created by SELEX (Systematic Evolution of Ligands by EXponential enrichment) from a large random sequence pool. However, SELEX has several limitations. We pursue to solve the limitations through interdisciplinary experimental strategies.
