The International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (ICSCRM 2025) will be held from September 14 to 19, 2025, at BEXCO in Busan, Korea. This conference, the world’s largest in the field of silicon carbide (SiC) and related compound semiconductor materials, is expected to welcome around 2,000 researchers and industry experts from approximately 40 countries.
