^1H NMR 분광법. DSC, XRD 및 FE-SEM 연구를 통해 칸나비노이드 산/ CD 포접( inclusion ) 복합체의 비결정 상태가 확인되었다. M-β-CD 스프레이-동결건조 포접 복합체로부터 THCA 또는 CBDA의 투과는, 모의 생리 조건에서 칸나비스 에탄올 추출물의 투과에 비해 현저히 향상되었다. 칸나비노이드 산/M-β-CD 포접 복합체의 안정성은 모의 생리 조건에서 7일 동안 유지되었다. 또한, 칸나비노이드 산/M-β-CD 포접 복합체의 최소억제농도는 칸나비노이드 산 단독에 비해 MCF-7 유방암 세포주에서 우수한 항암 활성을 나타냈다. 이러한 향상된 물리화학적 및 생물학적 성능은, CD 포접 복합체가 칸나비스 유래 의약품에서 지용성 칸나비노이드를 탑재하는 데 유망한 선택지가 될 수 있음을 시사한다.
